About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be at the core of our client service delivery, helping businesses thrive through excellent financial management. This isn’t just about entering transactions – it’s about being a key player in our clients’ success stories.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients using cloud-based accounting systems
- Review and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage GST/HST filings and other compliance requirements
- Coordinate with team members to ensure client deliverables are met
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Support client onboarding and system setup
What You Bring
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with cloud accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Strong understanding of Canadian tax requirements and compliance
- Experience with accounting automation tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and client service mindset

- Accounting diploma or relevant certification
