About the Role

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be at the core of our client service delivery, helping businesses thrive through excellent financial management. This isn’t just about entering transactions – it’s about being a key player in our clients’ success stories.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients using cloud-based accounting systems
  • Review and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
  • Manage GST/HST filings and other compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure client deliverables are met
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Support client onboarding and system setup

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency with cloud accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
  • Strong understanding of Canadian tax requirements and compliance
  • Experience with accounting automation tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and client service mindset

Bonus Points

  • Accounting diploma or relevant certification
  • Experience with multiple accounting platforms
  • Background in process improvement or automation
  • Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses
