About the Role
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth financial operations for our clients, handling various aspects of day-to-day financial management including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
What You’ll Do
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing and reporting
- Manage payment collections and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support month-end close activities
- Assist with special projects and system implementations
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience in financial operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and requirements
- Experience with accounting software and payment systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
